Smiljan Rozman, a Slovenian youth writer, playwright and painter, was educated in Radovljica, Ptuj and Maribor. He was deported to Serbia during World War II, and later was forced to work in Germany. He also made a living by playing drums, saxophone and clarinet. When he graduated from college, he also studied psychology, and above all he was a painter and of course a writer. He befriended the poet Ivo Minatti, the painter Jože Tisnikar, the director and poet France Kosmač, the poet Vida Brest and many others, and together they left a big mark on Slovenian culture (summarized from Wikipedia). For all additional information regarding the purchase and other services, you can contact us by phone or e-mail: info@portaalpina-gallery.com
