(Vienna, 1862 - Vienna, 1922)
Theodor Zasche was an Austrian painter and caricaturist who first learned from his father and later studied at the Vienna School of Applied Arts. He continued his porcelain painting workshop and then tried his hand at pastel painting, and also worked as an illustrator for many magazines in Vienna, Berlin and Munich. He excelled in ink and pen drawings, as he achieved portrait loyalty with strong qualities and humor with just a few strokes (summarized from Wikipedia).
